These Regulatory and Service Agreements ('Agreement') govern the provision and use of internet connectivity, network infrastructure, and related services provided by OneConnect Infrastructure Limited.
By subscribing to or using OneConnect services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
These Regulatory and Service Agreements (“Agreement”) govern the provision and use of internet connectivity, network infrastructure, and related services provided by OneConnect Infrastructure Limited, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) (“OneConnect”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Agreement applies to all customers, subscribers, enterprises, resellers, and partners (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) who access or use OneConnect services.
By subscribing to or using OneConnect services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
OneConnect operates as a licensed Internet Service Provider (ISP) under the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).

NCC Consumer Code of Practice Regulations
NCC Quality of Service (QoS) Regulations
Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR)
Lawful Interception and Regulatory Reporting obligations
Applicable international telecommunications best practices
Internet access services (broadband, dedicated, enterprise connectivity)
Network infrastructure and last-mile connectivity
Managed network services
Value-added and ancillary services approved by NCC
Services may be offered under residential, SME, enterprise, wholesale, or partner plans.
Services are provided on an “as available” basis
Availability depends on geographic coverage, infrastructure, and technical feasibility
Maintaining reasonable service uptime
Monitoring network performance
Addressing service disruptions promptly
However, OneConnect does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Use OneConnect services lawfully and responsibly
Comply with Nigerian laws and NCC regulations
Not misuse, resell, or exploit services without authorization
Safeguard login credentials and access devices
Pay all applicable fees promptly
Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
Infringe intellectual property rights
Circumvent network security controls
Disrupt network performance or other users
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
Fees are charged according to subscribed service plans
Billing cycles and payment terms are communicated at onboarding
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and regulatory charges
Non-payment
Security threats
Regulatory directives
Breach of this Agreement
OneConnect may terminate services for sustained violation of this Agreement or NCC directives.
OneConnect processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
To regulators (NCC, law enforcement) where legally required
To service partners under confidentiality obligations
To protect network integrity and security
Network monitoring and intrusion detection
Access controls and encryption
Incident response and recovery procedures
Customers must cooperate with security investigations where necessary.
OneConnect may provide lawful interception and data disclosures to authorized government agencies
Such actions will be conducted strictly under legal and regulatory mandates
OneConnect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the affected service period
OneConnect is not responsible for third-party network failures or force majeure events
Claims arising from misuse of services
Breach of this Agreement
Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
OneConnect shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Network outages beyond control
Government actions
Acts of war or civil unrest
All OneConnect trademarks, logos, infrastructure designs, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of OneConnect.
No license is granted except as expressly stated.
Complaints shall be handled in line with NCC Consumer Code procedures.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Courts within Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to NCC-mandated dispute resolution mechanisms.
OneConnect may amend this Agreement from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on OneConnect's website and take effect upon publication or notification.

This document, together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Security Guidelines, Cookies Policy, and applicable service schedules, constitutes the entire agreement between OneConnect and the Customer.
