Terms & Conditions of Service

OneConnect Internet is a licensed Internet Service Provider operating in accordance with the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 and applicable NCC regulations.

OneConnect provides FTTH, FTTB, wireless broadband, dedicated fibre, and related internet services. Advertised speeds are "up to" stated limits and may vary due to network conditions.

All subscriptions are subject to a minimum term of six (6) months commencing from service activation.

All installation fees and equipment charges are disclosed prior to activation. Equipment supplied remains the property of OneConnect unless otherwise sold.

Services are billed monthly in advance

OneConnect may suspend or restrict service after reasonable notice where payment is outstanding. Suspension does not cancel the debt.

Where payment remains outstanding, OneConnect reserves the right to:

All recovery costs, including legal and administrative fees, shall be borne by the Customer as permitted by law.

Termination before the 6-month minimum term requires payment of:

Services must not be used for unlawful, abusive, or prohibited activities.

OneConnect shall make reasonable efforts to meet NCC Quality of Service benchmarks.

Liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for the affected period.

Customer data shall be handled in accordance with applicable Nigerian data protection and NCC regulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Use of OneConnect services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
